On March 21, 2024, we met in Magdeburg with seven other projects to discuss how companies can become more culturally inclusive. First, we presented various initiatives designed to help companies in Saxony-Anhalt raise awareness among themselves and their workforces about diversity and democratic values. We then discussed ways in which these initiatives and interested companies can connect with one another. We also identified some gaps in the existing support structures that need to be addressed to meet the current needs in the state.
