The state initiative Fachkraft im Fokus (Focus on Skilled Workers) has its own free job and skilled worker exchange that is available for anyone to use. The Federal Employment Agency will also advertise your vacancies on request, allowing you to present yourself as an interesting and cosmopolitan employer. 

Job advertisements are an important showcase for your company. We support you in the design process and advise you on how to make your company attractive to qualified specialists, regardless of their origin, gender, and cultural differences. With this in mind, you can also refer to the services offered by the WelcomeCenter for newcomers and returnees in your job advertisements. We will be happy to provide you with the corresponding logo and link to the WelcomeCenter Saxony-Anhalt.
