In Saxony-Anhalt, there are many people committed to integrating immigrants into the labor market. In order to network with other committed individuals, the Welcome Culture and Skilled Worker Recruitment Network was established in 2014.  

At network meetings held several times a year, participants receive the latest specialist information and have the opportunity to network. It also facilitates access to the target group.  

The network's members are people who are committed to strengthening the welcoming culture. They come from regional and local authorities and employment services, as well as from counseling centers for migration work and skilled labor recruitment. Experts are available to assist with everything from recruiting international talent and clarifying residence status to utilizing language support programs. Anyone who would like to contribute is welcome to join the network. Participation is voluntary and open to anyone who wants to get involved. The WelcomeCenter Saxony-Anhalt organizes the annual event "Finding and Retaining Foreign Skilled Workers" in cooperation with the Welcome Culture and Skilled Worker Recruitment Network, which is aimed at companies in Saxony-Anhalt. The events take place at various locations in Saxony-Anhalt to showcase successes from the region. At the same time, companies can exchange ideas with the relevant experts on site and discuss their questions directly.
