Contacts and Networking for Volunteer Work
In Saxony-Anhalt, you are not alone in your efforts to promote the integration of immigrants and refugees. There are many initiatives, projects, and organizations that you can join or network with.
In the counties and independent cities, the Coordination Offices for Integration serve as central points of contact for volunteers and full-time staff. They promote and strengthen local integration efforts.
At the local level, there are also, in some cases, volunteer integration guides who, for example, support refugees arriving in Saxony-Anhalt. They help with finding housing, looking for jobs and apprenticeships, learning the language, and much more.
