Training for Businesses
MitWirkung! is a division of the Halle-Saalkreis Volunteer Agency and is aimed at companies, offering targeted staff development programs based on the concept of “learning in unfamiliar living and working environments.”
The DABEI project of the International Rescue Committee supports people with migration and refugee backgrounds in entering the labor market through training, coaching, and social-educational support. It aims to break down barriers through individual and structural measures and make the regional labor market more inclusive. To this end, the project also advises companies on recruiting and sustainably integrating workers, provides support with legal issues, and conducts diversity training upon request.
The IQ Network Saxony-Anhalt assists companies and institutions in recruiting and integrating international skilled workers. The focus is on a respectful corporate culture, effective onboarding, and modern integration management. In addition, the IQ Network supports vocational schools in preparing students for a diverse workplace. The workshops and training sessions promote social skills, democratic values, and a respectful approach to diversity.
