Training for Businesses
MitWirkung! is a division of the Halle-Saalkreis Volunteer Agency and is aimed at companies, offering targeted staff development programs based on the concept of “learning in unfamiliar living and working environments.”
The DABEI project of the International Rescue Committee supports people with migration and refugee backgrounds through training, coaching, and social-educational support as they enter the labor market. It aims to break down barriers through individual and structural measures and make the regional labor market more inclusive. To this end, the project also advises companies on finding and sustainably integrating workers, provides support with legal issues, and conducts diversity training upon request.
