ICT Map
The ICT Card (Intra-Corporate Transfer Card) is a residence permit for third-country nationals who are posted to a German branch of a company as part of an intra-corporate transfer. However, these employees may work exclusively at that location. These individuals also benefit from simplified mobility conditions within the EU. This means they can stay and work in Germany without a German residence permit if they already hold a residence permit issued under the ICT Directive by another EU member state.
