The two guides published by the Center for Migration and the Labor Market (ZEMIGRA) address the use of language and imagery in press and public relations work. They are intended to help raise awareness of racism and other forms of discrimination and to prevent them in one’s own work context. The goal is to strengthen an environment of equality and mutual respect. The guides provide basic information on the topic, recommendations for creating texts and images that are sensitive to discrimination, and successful real-world examples.
