The State Network of Migrant Organizations in Saxony-Anhalt e.V. (LAMSA) has established the “ENTKNOTEN” counseling center specifically to address the issues of everyday racism and discrimination. Here, those affected can receive advice on how to defend themselves against discrimination and are guided and supported in taking action. There are two on-site counseling centers: in Magdeburg and Halle. In addition, victims of racial discrimination in Saxony-Anhalt can contact the center by phone, email, or WhatsApp. The project also offers workshops where participants can learn, build resilience, and share experiences.

“MitWirkung!” is a division of the Freiwilligen-Agentur Halle-Saalkreis e.V. that provides companies with ideas and concrete programs for social engagement and human resources development. The “MitWirkung! – Learning Diversity in Vocational Training” project promotes diversity in the workplace through learning weeks, social learning days, and diversity training sessions. These programs are designed to support the integration of immigrants and make it easier for companies to tap into new potential.
