How can local small and medium-sized enterprises attract people with a migrant background, either locally or from abroad, for training or employment? How can they be retained and further supported? What support programmes are available in Dessau-Roßlau and the region?

Our population and therefore our workforce and clientele are becoming increasingly diverse and international. We need to actively shape this opportunity in view of the growing shortage of skilled labour and demographic change.

The Welcome Culture and Skilled Labour Recruitment Network, the City of Dessau-Roßlau and the WelcomeCenter Saxony-Anhalt invite you to the Company Day:

Take the opportunity to get in touch with experts and other companies. Receive solution-orientated information on support and funding opportunities for the recruitment, qualification and integration of foreign skilled workers.

Our programme offers plenty of space for exchange and numerous opportunities to ask your specific questions. Experts will be on hand at various stands to answer your questions about recruiting, training and integrating your staff. Company representatives will report on how they successfully integrate foreign skilled workers. Representatives from local authorities will support you with practical questions and concerns.
