Refugee Integration Measures (FIM)
Refugee Integration Measures (FIM) referred to a labor market program of the federal government. In cooperation with operators of reception facilities, the program aimed to familiarize refugees with the labor market through public service-oriented employment while helping them acquire language skills. The program expired on December 31, 2020.
