Permanent residence

The EU Long-Term Resident's Permit is a permanent residence permit issued to third-country nationals after five years of residence in an EU member state. Permanent residence places non-EU citizens on an equal footing with EU citizens, for example, in terms of access to the labor market and social benefits.
