Immigration Act
The Immigration Act consists of the Residence Act and the Freedom of Movement Act (EU), as well as amendments to other laws. The Act establishes a legal framework designed to regulate immigration to Germany on a national level and to facilitate the integration of immigrants who are already residing in Germany on a permanent basis.
