Residence requirement
The residence requirement applies to asylum seekers and individuals with temporary residence status who receive social benefits. It takes effect once the residence obligation has expired. Those subject to the requirement are not permitted to change their place of residence. The federal states may decide whether the residence requirement applies only to the state or also to districts and cities.
