Ban on deportation
The ban on deportation is an exception for refugees and asylum seekers who cannot be officially recognized as refugees and who are neither eligible for asylum nor entitled to subsidiary protection. The ban on deportation takes effect if returning to the country of origin could seriously endanger the health or life of the person concerned, for example due to a serious illness.
