In order to begin or continue studying in Germany, your previous school or university qualifications must be recognized. The anabin platform of the Central Office for Foreign Education provides information on the comparability and recognition of foreign educational qualifications.
If the degree program is not an international one, some of which are offered in English, sufficient German language skills may be a further requirement. To meet this requirement, prospective students can attend a preparatory language course. It is possible to obtain a visa to attend a language course in Germany.
