Federal Government adopts new qualified specialists Immigration Act

The law is intended to create new opportunities for foreign qualified specialists to enter Germany in order to work here or to complete an apprenticeship. In this way, the federal government wants to counteract the shortage of qualified specialists in many industries. A corresponding bill had been submitted by the Federal Ministry of the Interior and Community and the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs.
