The key to successfully integrating immigrants into German society is for them to begin vocational training or employment. This is the foundation for an independent life, social recognition, and participation. However, the legal framework governing residence and social welfare is highly complex and requires specialized support and counseling services for those affected. This applies to immigrants as well as to employers, advocates, and volunteers who work on behalf of immigrants. For this reason, a wide range of information resources, support programs, and government funding instruments have now been developed: They help immigrants gain access to vocational training and employment. In addition, they support companies in training immigrants, provide them with advice, and connect them with qualified personnel.
