For years, there have been unmistakable staff shortages in health and care facilities, which are becoming increasingly severe. In 2035, almost 1.8 million vacancies can no longer be filled due to a lack of qualified staff.

For various reasons, the demand for well-trained nursing staff in Germany cannot be fully met in the coming years either by qualification programmes or by immigration of European professionals. Therefore, the recruitment of care workers from so-called third countries is becoming increasingly important.

It is therefore all the more important that companies in the health and care sector are supported and accompanied in possible ways of recruiting qualified specialists in third countries. That is why the WelcomeCenter Saxony-Anhalt invites you to the company workshop:
