Training
The counsellors at the KAUSA Saxony-Anhalt regional office "ZuSA" are the first point of contact for young people from abroad who are interested in training in Saxony-Anhalt. Small and medium-sized enterprises that train and are interested in training, as well as larger companies, are also supported by ZuSA.
There is a special visa procedure for young people from abroad who come to Germany for training. Information on the requirements and the procedure can be found on the portal make-it-in-germany.de.
Refugees who are in a tolerance residence status or whose asylum decision has been rejected have the chance to obtain a right of residence for the entire duration of the training with the training toleration. The central contact point for checking the prerequisites and issuing the training permit are the Foreigner’s authorities.
