Asylum Seekers' Benefits Act (AsylbLG)

The Asylum Seekers' Benefits Act states how much and what kind of support asylum seekers can receive from the state. The law guarantees asylum seekers the right to basic supplies and services such as food, clothing and health care. The law also applies to individuals who are obliged to leave the country and individuals who are only allowed to stay in Germany temporarily.
